Building on Cape Cod isn’t like building anywhere else. Salt air. Coastal weather. Septic systems instead of municipal sewer. Conservation overlays, historic districts, and town-by-town building departments with their own quirks. A crew that’s worked across all 23 Cape towns and villages for fifty years has met every one of these challenges before — and we plan around them instead of getting surprised by them.
Same goes for our trades. Our framers, finish carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, and tile setters live on the Cape too. When we say we’ll be on your project Monday morning, we mean Monday morning — not “after we wrap up a job on the South Shore.”
