Within one business day: we’ll respond by phone or email (whichever you preferred) to schedule a brief discovery conversation.
Discovery conversation (10-20 minutes): we’ll learn more about your project, your goals, your timeline, and your budget range. Honest feedback on what’s feasible.
Site visit: we come to your lot or home for an in-person look at conditions and possibilities. No pressure, no commitment.
Estimate: if there’s a good fit, we’ll prepare a written, line-item estimate with no hidden costs.
Contract & build: if you decide to move forward, we sign the contract and get to work.
