These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of customcraftedcc.com (the “Site”), operated by Custom Crafted Homes (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Important: These Terms govern your use of this website only. They are NOT the terms of any construction contract or services agreement you may enter into with us. Any construction project we do for you is governed by a separate signed proposal and contract.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our services, contact us, request an estimate, or otherwise interact with our business.

You agree NOT to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or accounts belonging to others
Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site, other than search-engine crawlers indexing the Site for normal search results
Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or features
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or spam

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, page design, and the underlying code — is the property of Custom Crafted Homes or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Print individual pages for personal, non-commercial reference
Share links to the Site on social media or other websites

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish content from the Site for commercial purposes
Modify or create derivative works of any Site content
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use Custom Crafted Homes’ name, logo, or any trademark in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our prior written permission
Use images of completed projects without our permission (project photos are the work of our team and licensed only for our own use)

The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does NOT constitute:

Construction, architectural, engineering, or design advice for your specific project
Legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice
A guarantee of pricing, timeline, or feasibility for any specific project

For advice tailored to your project, contact us directly and we will schedule a site visit.

4. Estimates and pricing

Pricing information on the Site (including FAQ pages, blog posts, and service descriptions) reflects typical ranges based on our general experience. It is not a quote for your specific project.

A binding estimate for your project will be provided only:

After a site visit and full project-scope review
In a written estimate signed by both parties
Subject to any modifications agreed in writing through change orders

5. Third-party content and links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or content (for example, social media, manufacturer pages, our trade partners). We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

Your use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness of information
Uninterrupted or error-free Site operation

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Liability under signed construction contracts (governed separately)
Liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law (such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct)

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Custom Crafted Homes, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use of the Site
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we may also post a notice on the Site or notify you by email if we have your email address.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
